Saitoh illustrated the Taimashin (退魔針) series, written by Hideyuki Kikuchi (菊地秀行), and first published in seven volumes by Scholar (スコラ社) under Scholar Comics Burger (バーガーSC). These volumes were rereleased by Sony Magazines (ソニー・マガジンズ) under Birz Comics, then the series was continued through an eleventh volume under the title Massatsu Note Taimashin (魔殺ノート 退魔針). Gentosha Comics released the series a third time in seven wide-ban volumes under Birz Comics Special, and again in a seven-volume bunko-ban edition. With the publication of a sequel, this original series is sometimes differentiated by the additional subtitle Juukei Hen (重慶篇). The second series is fully titled Massatsu Note Taimashin: Mashin Taidou Hen (魔殺ノート 退魔針 魔針胎動篇). It was published by Gentosha Comics in six volumes under Birz Comics, and is currently being rereleased in bunko-ban, one volume so far. It is this second series that was licensed by ADV Manga. Gentosha Comics has also published an official fanbook, Taimashin Housaikyuu (退魔針 宝彩宮).
Saitohs latest boys titles, Shinsengumi Kidan: Hinata no Ookami (新選組綺談 ひなたの狼) 1-5 and Drug-On 1-3, were also published by Gentosha Comics under Birz Comics. Hinata no Ookami was also rereleased in two wide-ban volumes under Birz Comics Special.
Her "boys love" title Ultra Panic (ウルトラパニック) was published in two volumes under Scholar Ladies Comics, in three volumes by Sony Magazines (ソニー・ マガジンズ), in four volumes by Gentosha Comics under Birz Comics - Rutile Collection, and again under Birz Comics Special, in two wide-ban volumes.
Her debut work was included in the Debut Anthology: The Early Birz (デビューアンソロジー THE EARLY BIRZ) from Gentosha Comics, and the artbook Saitou Misaki Gashuu: Mix Noise (斎藤岬画集 MIX NOISE) was released twice, first by Sony Magazines and then by Gentosha Comics.
